APPOINTMENTS:
How do I add a new appointment?
From the home screen in the app, tap on APPOINTMENTS. From the Appointments screen, tap the ADD APPOINTMENT blue bar. Enter the client name, the type of client (buyer, seller, lease, outgoing referral), the status of the appointment (scheduled, attended, cancelled) and the date and time of the appointment. Tap SAVE at the top of the screen to save it. The appointment automatically shows up in date order on the list below the calendar. If you have given permission for the app to connect with your phone CALENDAR, your calendar will automatically pop up to ask if you would like to save the appointment in your calendar as well (so there is no double entry). Once you attend the appointment, simply click on the appointment from the list and change the status to attended. When your appointment is ATTENDED it will have a check mark beside it and it will show on the progress bar toward your goal.
How do I edit an existing appointment?
From the home screen in the app, tap on APPOINTMENTS. From the Appointments screen, scroll through the list of appointments and tap on the appointment you want to edit. Once inside the selected appointment, change edit any of the details. Click SAVE at the top of the page to save the changes.
I schedule lots of appointments, but the progress bar on my appointments calendar isn’t changing. Why?
The appointments calendar status bar only changes once the appointment status is set to “attended”. To update the status of an appointment, on the home screen click on APPOINTMENTS. From the Appointments screen, tap on the appointment from the list. Change the status from scheduled to attended. Click SAVE at the top of the page to save it. You will now see a check mark beside the appointment in the list and the progress bar above your calendar will update.
Can I sync the appointments section of the app with my work calendar?
YES! If you have given permission for the app to connect with your phone CALENDAR, your calendar will automatically pop up when you save an appointment in your app to ask if you would like to save the appointment in your calendar as well (so there is no double entry). This feature is only available on phone/iPad apps, it is not available through the website yet.
