How do I update my contact details?
From the home screen in the app, tap the MORE tab. Tap PROFILE and then edit your information. Tap SAVE at the top of the screen to save your changes. NOTE: If you change your email address on the PROFILE screen, the next time you log into your app it will require your updated email to log in.
How do I update my payment details?
There are no details to update. The app is FREE!
How do I cancel my account?
There is no need to cancel your account. If you no longer wish you use the app, simply delete the app from your phone.
How can I tell if my account is active?
Your subscription is always active. If you stop using the app for a while and decide to start using it again, simply log in using your previous email and password.
