Can my assistant add my activities and information for me?
Yes. The app can be accessed with your username and password on multiple devices, by multiple people. Whenever information is added to the app, it is synched in real time across devices as long as your devices are connected to the internet. To protect the security of your information, do not share your username and password with anyone except your trusted assistant.
Is my data synchronized in real time?
Yes. You can log into the app from multiple devices. Information added on one device will be seen on another device in real time if both devices are connected to the internet. If you are having trouble seeing updates to information then you can force a sync by exiting the screen you’re in (by tapping the HOME button in the footer) and coming back to the information you want to see.
Can I download or print the information from my app?
Yes! But only if you log into your account through the website AgentSuccessApp.com. Once you are logged into your account, you can tap on PROSPECTING, APPOINTMENTS, or CONTRACTS to enter those screens. At the top of the screen you will see a cloud icon with a download arrow inside. Tap that icon and it will download a complete excel list of everything you have added in that section of your app.
